This hotel is very close to Machiya station, which is convenient. Its also directly across the street from a 7-11 which was wonderful. We stayed in a second floor huge room which was great for my family. The kitchen was great to have, the clothes washer was a huge plus. However, the biggest complaint I have, is that the noise from traffic on the road at night was very loud. Because we were so close to the street, we heard every truck and motorcycle that went by. Also, there are several hospitals closeby, so every ambulance that went through the area (there are several each night) we were woken up.

The location is a bit disappointing. There is Machiya Station and a bus stop nearby, so it's not terribly inconvenient. There are convenience stores and 24-hour gyudon restaurants nearby, so you can quickly buy them when you need them or are hungry. The room was overall clean. Considering the price, I think it's pretty good value for money. However, it is unfortunate that the washing machine is not in good condition. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making it comfortable.

This time, we used a Guest Suites room for a group training camp. The floors and bedrooms were kept clean, but hidden areas and plumbing areas were not cleaned. Toothbrushes and other items that had been used by the previous guest were left there. I called several times in advance to confirm the purpose of use before making a reservation, but no one answered. When I was staying there, I was having a lot of fun with my friends, which was becoming a nuisance, and I thought I could have stopped it if I had gotten some advice or a polite warning in advance. Suddenly, multiple hotel staff entered the room without making a sound, and a young man spoke in an overbearing manner.The first thing he said was, ``You're either going to be forced to leave now, or I'm going to call the police, so if you don't want to do that, please be quiet right now.'' "was. If I had been able to get through the phone in advance and found out that I would not be suitable for the training camp, I would have looked for another accommodation, and I would understand if we received attention and did not improve the sound, but we paid a relatively large amount of money as a group. It was a disappointing experience to feel like I was not treated as a customer the whole time, even though I was there. I have stayed at hotels in various environments both domestically and internationally (Asia, America, Europe, Africa), and from my experience the level of service inside domestic hotels is quite low.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
