        Room was really dirty, every surface was covered in grime or sticky, even inside the draws. Lots of dust piled up in the corners, behind doors with hair and loose screws. Furniture was old, broken or missing parts. Yellow drips down the wall next to the toilet... let your imagination figure what that is I guess. Nothing to clean anything with eg. Dishwashing liquid or cloths, there was a scrubbing brush and sponge but they were so old and dirty you wouldn't be cleaning anything by using them. No room service of any kind, like emptying bins or fresh towels etc. Theres more but I think you get the point. Oh yeah and the front door has a deadlock that goes the nothing.

        DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BOOKING. USED AS GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY LONG TERM ACCOMMODATION. Booked back at the start of JUNE 2023 for a stay over Labour weekend (20th-24th OCTOBER) and had it CANCELLED on us ONE (1) MONTH OUT. Was told TWO (2) DIFFERENT reasons for this, and no one actually fully explained why this happened. They only check their bookings one month out, which is very poor IMO. Zero sympathy or apology from their customer service, nor did they help with finding us a new place to stay over one of the busiest weekends in Greenlane. Very disappointed and expected more.

        For the price they charge not worth it. Cleanliness it’s not good. Worst part is uncontactable reception service after hours or during the day. Example to get amenities tea, coffee, sugar, milk or bathrooms amenities. very limited amenities provided in rooms. We were 3 of us in two bedroom appartments all amenities provided for two. Including towels I do not recommend this place

        We had a room booked for Months and 2 weeks out from our stay, they cancelled our booking on us. Customer service was horrible and had no sympathy for the situation they put us in. They also did not offer to help us find a new place. Terrible service considering they cancelled our booking 2 weeks out from our stay which we had booked for months

        An older place and a few minor repairs needed inside (bathroom cupboard broken & light switch crooked), but our unit was very clean and the beds comfortable. Room sleeps 5 but would be too small for 5 people and everyone's luggage. Free parking outside room a bonus for Auckland and handy to Newmarket shops. About 15 min drive to CBD. Shower had good water pressure.
