This hotel boasts a perfect location, providing easy access to everything you'd want to explore in the area. The staff were not only helpful but also incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast, which was an amazing buffet with a wide variety of options. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of both mosques, creating a truly memorable dining experience. The gentleman who worked at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful and kind, often using a translating app to engage in conversations, which added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions, making it even more appealing to travelers. However, it's worth noting that while this hotel offers many positives, some areas show signs of age. Additionally, there was an issue with the elevator's weight limit, as it claimed to hold up to 400 kg, which wasn't entirely accurate. In summary, this hotel's fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, and exceptional breakfast with a view make it a worthwhile choice for travelers. While there are some signs of aging and an elevator weight limit issue, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this place for its many strengths.

This place is low key amd unassuming with a GREAT staff, excellent service, amazing breakfast, amazing views and great location! What more can you ask for at this price point. Sure a bigger shower would be nice or even a bigger room. BUT that is not necessary...its a great value hotel with comfortable beds that is safe and clean!!! Great access to EVERY thing!!!!

The hotel was perfect, it has very close the most touristic places and public transportation. You can easily walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Old Bazaar, basilica cistern. There was an amazing Istanbul landscape from roof restaurant. Breakfeast was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and kind. Briefly I certainly advice this hotel

Hotel is near to lot of attractions, very neat & clean. Room service super fast and ver polite. Reception is helpful. Most mention/ the waitress in the terrace restaurant are so lovely, frendly, caring, smiling and welcoming very warm especially our lovely hosts Gokhan he took us proffesional photos and serve us with heart, also the lovely Sevgi wow she was really nice lady and she always offer you her serve and she gave flowers to our daughter and it was nice of her to serve us with turkish coffee with beautiful presentation. As well as Berham all of them super nice you will start your day with high energy if you see them because they will make your day great Thanks to them and to the hotel and all the nice employee we met

Hotel location is at perfect place. Almost all major landmarks of Istanbul like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace & Grand Bazar are at walking distance. Staff is user friendly. Strongly recommended for stay. Their roof top view make your stay fabolous .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
