The room itself is big, and we got a balcony we can access. There is no elevator so you would have to carry the luggages. Near MRT exit 2, there is a shortcut.

Room is clean & big with refrigerator & water cooker. Near metro station exit 2. Near exit 2 there is small short cut to hotel!! You can get almost things in seveneleven in Thailand!!

Bedding was not clean, which is unacceptable. Staff were not very friendly when this was brought to their attention. No elevator so must carry 20+KG luggage up stairs. Overall a bad stay, and would definitely not recommend or return.

The hotel looks pretty cool from outside. And from the inside even more! The receptionist was really kind and helpful. The room is very very clean and smells so good. Recommend it so much. It's like a high price hotel for a small price :) You get some big bottls of showergel and shampoo which smells sooo good. And they fill up your water and toilet paper daily. The room looks like an designer room You have a fridge, cute lamps, a water cooker, a second sink, two big windows with a perfect view. They even have a balcony with an sink in your room. The TV is right infront of you. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. It's perfect and worth every baht

The only reason why i didn't give this place a 5 star is because the lack of elevator lift. I stayed here with my wife with a lower back pain condition, it made her suffers everytime we take the stairs to our room in 5th floor (top floor). But everything else is very good. Room was clean. It was only 2 minutes away from huai kwang mrt station by walking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
