We had the most wonderful experience at Ratri hotel. We came to Phuket town for the vegetarian festival and the location was perfect, within a 10 minute walk to the main food stalls street and shrine, but far enough away that you don’t get the smoke from the firecrackers. Only a 15 minute walk to the heart of old town, too, though they do offer shuttles. The staff were amazing — massive thank you to Noom who was there every day we were, you made us and our daughter feel so welcome and cared for. The food was great, ambiance unmatched. The pool is just beautiful and I recommend staying for happy hour and live music in the evenings! Most people left the hotel to go out and explore so it felt like a private spot for us after breakfast finished which was pretty great. Only recommendation would be for the hotel to put mats down at the edge of the pool in the restaurant because it can be quite slippery. And the air con didn’t seem to be as strong as some other locations we’ve been to but was still good! But otherwise, the interior design here was so beautiful and well thought out. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

15 min walk to the main old town area. The hotel have the shuttle for you. They have the night music at the restaurant by the pool. They have free ice cream (from ice cream machine) for you. They also give free cocktail coupon. Basically the hotel is nice for the one who like to explore the old city and the night market. if you like a nice sunset & relaxing view, maybe go closer to the seaside. We spend 2 nights here in this area and finished exploring.

The staff was exceptional!!! They deserve a raise for sure. The rooms are small, but very nice and clean. A very modern hotel. The location is in Phuket town very close to old Phuket town but 30 min away from the beach. That’s a bit unfortunate. But def can recommend if you want a small nice looking room!

This hotel is amazing, the staff are exceptional. Bella and Sunvo were so lovely and kind, making this such a great stay. Rooms are super cute, clean and roomy. I saw some reviews below about small rooms but ignore those, these rooms are spacious for Asia. We received welcome drinks and staff helped with luggage to the room. There is also a hotel shuttle that will take you to the night markets. Good location to Old Town and walkable. Good location to Rassada pier as well. 10/10.

Definitely a great experience! The staff is very welcoming, polite and helpful. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the night market. We enjoyed every part of our stay and didn't run into any issues.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
