Stayed at the resort for one day and it was magnificent. Wished we could extend the stay. The most fabulous thing was the view of Ella rock, Kithan Water fall & Train railway. Location is easily accessible from Ella town and the station. Staff is super nice and friendly. Can be recommended to any one to stay and experience the wonders of Ella!

Great destination located at the peak of Ella ,Sri Lanka. Surrounded with beautiful scenery and lush vegetation. Excellent customer service and luxury rooms. One recommended place to stay if you visit Ella.

We had a day with Bed and Breakfast there. The staff was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. You can see the far through the valley. Rooms have mountain view, valley view, water fall view, pool view. Sunrise is visible beyond the mountain. Room is worth for money. It can be rated as 9/10 and Very Good travel destiny.

This hotel offers clean rooms, a swimming pool and good views but there is a lack of management and control after hours. A good night’s sleep was not possible here due to the overwhelming disturbances from other guests. There were young travelers partying outside their rooms both nights. There was no one there from the hotel to enforce any consideration for the people trying to sleep. When I informed the manager after the first night, he suggested I move to a more expensive room on the third floor. One night guests brought a speaker to the pool at 2am and played techno music, swam and did whatever they wanted. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Very nice place to stay of you are visiting Ella. The views were amazing and you will be treated by a very friendly and kind staff. The location was nice, rooms were very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
