        If you want a hotel stay with a hotel manager that has no idea what is going on, grubby unkempt rooms and poor customer service then come on down. The breakfast included in the room rate consisted of cereal and luncheon meat swimming in a vat of water. The 'free wifi' that was offered worked every now and again then stopped all together on the first day there. After asking the staff about this, their response was to use the the wifi in the lobby. We booked in for several nights but could only stomach the one night so had to forefit our money. Traveller beware this place is a nightmare and an absolute rip off. The red flags in heinsight is that I could only find one review about the hotel....presumably from a staff member....... STAY AWAY......!!!!

        Review is tempered by the fact that I was here under quarantine after catching covid. Room nice but not allowed out. Food not great but I survived with Grab and Food Panda.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
