        We originally wanted to stay for 5 nights but decided to leave after just one night. We didn’t get the rooms we booked online and the whole place was dirty as well. We had cockroaches in our rooms and the toilets were broken (water Came out). The manager didn‘t even said sorry but laughing at us when complaining. He was totally disrespectful to us and not a good host at all. We didn’t get our money back. Worst hotel we have ever been to.

        Good value for money hotel in downtown, room without breakfast is 2000, it's clean, spacious and has a hot shower. Not very quiet but downtown is just that way, not much that can be sone about it.

        My Car was vandalized (rear driver side window smashed in with a rock) and items stolen inside despite getting re-assurance from the hotel reception that the security guards would keep my car secure. I had parked outside the hotel and even notified the guards of my intentions to stay over night and yet the staff could'nt bother to make sure customer's belongings were kept safe. I woke up in the morning in utter shock when i was leaving. Upon requesting to see the manager, the Receptionist and staff (tall dark slim man) refused to contact the manager and i was forced out, almost getting assaulted. I lost my car radio, house keys, backpack and headphones. I reported the matter to the police and the management of the hotel were blamed to be solely responsible. UNSAFE and rude receptionist and night guards. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENED THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE. NEVER EVER.. Rude receptionist and a thief

        The worst hotel, I've been to. They couldn't find our booking and put us into a room we didn't book. They told us that we can check in the day after. But nothing happened! The room was dirty and insects were running around. We talked to the hotel manager about the coincidence and he was only laughing at us and being completely disrespectful. So we left earlier and he even spoke to the taxi driver outside to charge us more.

        This hotel has amazing staff; the women at front desk are immensely professional, friendly and communicative.The security staff are very friendly and professional and ensure the safety of the guests; they also carried our cumbersome bike boxes (we are on a cycling tour) and luggage to our rooms. The restaurant has a delicious breakfast that changes each day so you are never bored with what you are eating. Everyone is very welcoming. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the kitchen is near the rooms and they work late, but that's about it. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
