Do not stay here ever. THEY TOOK OUR CONFIRMATION CODE WHEN CHECKING IN AND USED IT TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW ON BOOKING! Shame on you! The worst place we stayed at. Very dirty and unhygienic! Dirty sheets, dirty floor, broken bed and 0 sound proofing. Absolutely horrible. From our room you could see homeless people sleeping on the floor of an abandoned building. Everything was absolutely disgusting. The hairdryer is older than Jesus and doesn’t work. The kettle is there just for decoration but full of calculus and dirt. Just horrendous.

Location is ok, but the rooms are very dirty. Sheets on the bed were visibly dirty. It was evident that they had not been properly cleaned and changed for quite some time. Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by a strong and unpleasant smell of mold. I strongly encourage potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until the necessary improvements are made

Just like what others said: expensive, the quality is not nice, loud neighbors, bathroom was damaged when I arrived. Room was small but didn't bother me much. Requested city view and they gave me lower ground instead and said the other room was reserved before I arrive even though I booked it about 2 months ahead. Also you will hear people from the street at night arguing loudly while smoking. And cleaners were nice but the person in charge was very rude and unprofessional. Only good part is the location.

Negative points: Room too expensive for the quality. Bad maintenance of bathroom, dark relatively small room. Lots of noise in the hotel, at night from loudly speaking guests on the staircase, and in the morning from vacuum cleaners. Staff hardly speaks English and is not quite helpful. In front of the hotel is a small terrace that could have been nice, but it wasn't due to old damaged furniture and a lot of ashtrays and smokers. Positive points: good location, the hotel was clean. Good internet.

The customer service was great, they were all very helpful and room service was very polite. The receptionist Ahmed was very good at speaking English and was very polite which made our stay very simple. The kitchen staff made great food and was very lovely. The only downside was that the fridge in the room did not work. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
