Bad hotel, I booked 3 nights for 150 euros, very narrow rooms that could barely fit a bed, no place to sit, almost a dark room with no lighting, a bathroom without an extractor, any bad smell would enter the room, I went down for breakfast, only a few options, so I went to a restaurant near the hotel And I ate breakfast. There is one electrical outlet in the room and it is far from the bed, so you have to charge your phone before lying down. A very bad experience. I did not feel comfortable. I changed the hotel after spending only two nights.

Very nice hotel. Exactly the same as in the photos! The staff is very kind and willing to help you with anything you need! Daily cleaning in the room which is very important! Breakfast very nice and different every day! The location is very close to the tram and attractions! Thank you! Pantelis&Penny

I have lived in İstanbul before. To be honest I wouldn't stay here if it wasn't for my foreigner friends so that we can be close to them.. Location is good that's really good. However I don't think cleaning was the best and I have to wash the bathroom before I go in!!! I a bit regret not paying slightly higher price for better hotel or just book better Location for more comfort. I guess this is more suitable for people who is coming in for nights only - and don't mind about quality hotel of much. I wouldnt recommend to Turkish people much.

One of the best hotel . I stayed here for 3 nights the staff was fantastic kinde nice and friendly. The hotel was clean ( by the way they cleen your room every day and change the sheets) you have a good breakfast. And the hotel is in fantastic place . Cozy and family hotel .

The Hotel is located in the center of old town, so you can easily visit all ancient sights in short time. The Hotel's staff are very kindly and helpful. Our room was clear and pretty. Only the view from the room was depressing. The Hotel has a wonderful roof teras definitly try it. Zoltan , Hungary

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
