Room was clean, staff was FANTASTIC, especially the young man at the front counter who took a considerable amlunt of time to help us find an Onsen within our needs and time testraints. We also checked in quite late and it was not a problem at all, we just made sure to inform them ahead of time. To be transparent, however, I took one star off of the room because it was a little small (considering my gluttonous American standards 😅). Otherwise a fantastic stay considering the location and price.

Good location of the hotel. The room had a separated toilet and bathroom. It was clean, not noisy and the staff was very helpful. I forgot my sun glasses when I checked out and contacted the hotel. The response of my request came very fast. Since I wasn't in Osaka anymore They sent them to me to the next Post office in Fukuoka. Thats very nice service!

Room was a bit small but it was clean and nice. It has a mini fridge. I like how the toilet was separated to the bathroom. They also provide luggage transfer. It was also close to a family mart and to some restaurants. They only give water on the first day.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our double bed was 2 singles pushed together and super uncomfortable. The area has some great food options but it’s also a little dodgy. Lots of young girls with older men if you know what I mean. It’s not super close to any stations either so be prepared for a 12-15 minute walk. And check in isn’t until 4pm so factor that in as well
