        Lots of cheaper places that are better in terms of quality and service. Kitchen staff are not attentive. They won’t serve you properly unless you’re Korean even though you pay the same. Facilities itself are old. Only redeeming quality of this hotel is its proximity to the beach and places to eat.

        White Beach is a 10-second walk from the hotel. There is also a swimming pool in the hotel, and there is a restaurant where you can eat Korean food, and the taste is almost similar to what you eat in Korea. It's a little old hotel, but it's under renovation and I think it's a great hotel for the price.

        Why haven't I learned about this resort before? It has everything that one can find in the best 5-star resorts: - Situated Beach Front in between Station 1 and 2, with D'mall, Jonah's Fruit Shake, Merly's Chori Burger, Starbucks, and Potato Corner next door. - Rooms with bathtubs, sometimes you just want to relax and relax in the comfort of your own room. - Swimming pool, if the beach gets too crowded. - ATM inside the resort. - Free Breakfast - Unlimited Samgyupsal at 499/pax - Friendly and helpful staff. - Most of the negative reviews here have already been addressed by the management which is a win for everyone. However, the resort is showing some age. There are some things that they can improve on. - Wi-Fi, it would really make a lot of people happy, enable them to work and stay connected. - I hope the shower floors have a grade that goes toward the drain. (this is me nitpicking already) - I hope they can put back the phones in the rooms for easier communication with the very nice people at the front desk and housekeeping. - I wish they had room service. - Because the resort is situated on the beachfront, road access is a bit of a challenge.

        I have visited Real Maris last year with my friends and the staffs were friendly, they gave us a warm welcome and a refreshment. What I love about the staffs is that they stick to the rules with no exemption. The rooms are amazing and polished that made us feel comfortable. All the electric materials are working and enough that made us feel like home. My friends and I love the pool that is obviously maintained, they also have their own bar if you don't feel like drinking outside and the breakfast buffet is our favorite. I recommend this hotel and we're pretty sure that your hotel is one of our choices when we go back to Boracay.

        If you want to sleep and trampoline at the same time in bed, be instructed by housekeeping to scrub your room's toilet bowl seat or soak yourself in yellow water in the bath tub then this is the place to go. Otherwise I'd stay away.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
