        Location is very good for family with kids. You can hear the noise from other apartments or the planes during the night, but overall experience is OK for the paid price. Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good.

        To start with the beginning: The access card of the room broke and they were not able to solve the problem after 1 day. After 1 day of nerves, they at least changed the room, but you have to yell at them to do something. Breakfast: you have to ask for scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, ham and you only have 1 portion, then you can't ask for more. You ask for 3 portions of tomatoes and you only get 1 portion, like crazy. For a 4-star hotel as it claims to be, it's weak. I have traveled all over Europe, but I have never seen people with rude behavior like in Portugal. The room has old furniture from my grandmother's time, but we declare that we are 4 stars. Who will give you 4 stars? YOU ARE 2 STARS and that's it. The couch in the living room is a total embarrassment, you can't even sleep on it because of how hard it is. Every few minutes a plane passes over the hotel, so you have to get used to the noise. You are rated 7.5 in total, you have up to 4 stars left.

        Rooms are not modern, but are clean and well equipped. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was superb! Located just 200m from the Metro which is only 4 stops from the city centre. Parking available onsite too, which was very convenient for us (driving in the city centre is definitely not for the faint hearted!). Huge El Corte Inglés at the Metro station with lots of places to eat. Overall, a perfect base for our family for an overnight stay in Lisbon.

        When I arrived there was no one at the reception and they told us to get the keys from an other hotel. First thoughts on my room (that I shared) were okay, the room seemed fine and and also it was cleaned, but then we noticed that our door didn’t close, so whenever we left the „hotel“ anybody could enter our room without the keys. It was around 11 O’clock when we called and they said they couldn’t send anybody to help or repair it but they would be there at 10 in the morning. This morning at 10 no one came, we tried calling again and after the THIRD time calling someone finally picked up. They said again that someone would come and try to repair it. At 12 no one showed up so we went down and asked for help. First of all the staff is SO rude, second of all they tried to blame US for not understanding the doors but when we finally showed them they were all shocked. They told us that they knew that this door had a problem, but the question is why did they try to blame it at us at first?! Fast forward we switched rooms. Now on the website it says free wifi but I can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi cause it’s that awful. We noticed that the WiFi in the whole building on the left side doesn’t really work. The air conditioning doesn’t turn off and when it does than for 20 min (that means you can’t sleep in peace because of the air conditioning + the planes that fly every 20 min over here). Also the elevator is really bumpy and makes weird noises. Last thoughts are I do not recommend this hotel neither do I think this is a 4 star hotel, I’ve been to a better 2 star hotel. I would give 0 stars but it’s not possible. If you like loud noises, no WiFi, rude staff and unsafe places, you’re welcome here. This is the worst „hotel“ I’ve ever been to. Honestly I could write so much more about this so called hotel but I can’t cause I have to use my OWN internet connection…
