I recently had the pleasure of staying at Recital hotel in Istanbul, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location was simply outstanding, very close to the grand bazaar and blue mosque. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly stood out was the professional service provided throughout my stay. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, as it made our trip truly memorable.

The good: location simply couldn't be better. Rooms are very good for this part of the city and this price range. Breakfast was excellent and staff were attentive. In particular, Mary and Riza were amazing hosts and extremely personable and helpful. Terrace is as described and has a very nice water view. The bad: I want to be as fair as possible here because everybody at the hotel was kind, polite, and open. I wasn't aware that there would be some pressure to buy other products from businesses associated with the hotel and found that pressure to be a little uncomfortable. This sort of thing may be unavoidable with local hotels, but it was the only blemish in an otherwise extraordinary experience.

We had the pleasure of staying for three nights at this wonderful place, and we absolutely loved it. The highlight was the spectacular terrace, which offered breathtaking views during sunset. It was truly a memorable experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided every day. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having a bottle of water and coffee available next to the minibar. Breakfast was a delightful affair, with a delicious and diverse selection of options to choose from. It provided a great start to each day of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this place. The combination of stunning views, excellent cleanliness, and delightful breakfast made our stay truly enjoyable.

Very happy with my 3 night stay. The staff went out of their way to help me. Great central location in Sultanahmet. You can walk to all the most popular attractions. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
