Good price for a quick night of shut-eye after a long flight, but left a lot to be desired in terms of amenities. Soap was nondescript, trash can unlined, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, and there was not much else provided except for a kettle and hair dryer. Blackout curtains were great and the location is solid for venturing out to explore the city. I stayed a few hours and caught some sleep before transitioning next door to Amara, which was a welcomed change. Great for affordable accommodations, but I wouldn’t stay for longer than needed if your budget can afford an upgrade.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to major public transportations. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the first floor which is great. There is also a good exchange currency shop near by. Like other reviews, the rooms are in pretty bad shape. Both soap dispensers in the bathroom were broken and the handles kept falling off. There is no door for the shower so all the water leaks on to the bathroom floor. The shower drain is too clogged so my feet were always in a puddle of water. There are no face tissues in the room. The AC unit is incredibly loud in all rooms. My AC broke during my stay and it leaked all over my room. Most of the electrical outlets are broken and you need to jiggle your plug around to actually make it connect especially the ones near the bedside. The rooms are cleaned daily which is the only plus. I recommend this place ONLY as a cheap short term.

It’s a place to sleep, full stop. U get what u paid for though. The price was very competitive, place was clean. The air conditioner making funny noises. Location very strategic. Nightlife hit areas are within walking distance. There’s even Chinese hot pot adjacent to it.

Red Planet Surawong is one of the best place to stay if you are planning to roam around the Silom area. Super location. Their room size is just enough for two guests and the price is reasonable too. Smooth check-in and check-out procedures. 7-11 is just on the ground floor. There are nearby restaurants too. The Mahanakorn Tower is visible from this hotel. You will love their clean toilet, fragrant liquid hand soap, cold AC, color-changing led lights, and comfy bed. Their rain shower head is really soothing!

Good location. But the room was very old and it just felt dirty. Found 2 small cockroaches. I only stayed for 2 night. The soap machine were both broken as well. It was cheap so I didn’t expect much. If you just want a room for sleep/shower then it’s okay. There are no services or even phones to call reception

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
