As usual this place is great. Never any problems with check-on or check-out. Rooms are clean, shampoo, soap etc included. Missing a toothbrush now and then, but all is good. The location is perfect and close to everything. The bar/restaurant atvthe bottom floor serve breakfast all day and there is always taxi outside. Even used the free parking in the garage yesterday without any problem. So I recommend this hotel. Heads up, this is a 3 star hotel. Don't compare this review to 5-star hotels with pool etc. Compare it to other 3-star hotels.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I stayed here for five weeks. Everything worked well. The AC was effective, the internet was reliable and there was hot shower. These three essentials aren't a given in budget places in the Philippines. My own concern, though minor, is that there's a phone that rings in the morning next to the elevator. I think it's used by the receptionist to contact their cleaning staff upstairs. The phone can be quieter. Or, why not call the staff's personal phone instead? Still, the pros far outweighs the cons. This hotel offers great value. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Manila.

Excellent Location everything you need is so near. The rooms are nice as shown while you book one. Service excellent. Housekeeping staff is just great they are just a msg away. Special mention to the Housekeeping incharge at my floor REGINA a very sweet person always ready to help and is very much committed to her work. This is one of the best budget hotel I have been to. Than you Red planet team.

Excellent location in the heart of the bustling city of Manila. Great value and wonderful hospitality from the staff. The linens are fantastic! And the room was cleaned as needed. I slept well during my stay at Red Planet and I was happy to receive a discount being that it was my birthday month. That was awesome. The only issue I encountered was with the shower draining slow. Other than that I will stay here again. Big thank you to the staff!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
