I stayed here for 3 nights, I love how secure the place is there is a security in front and you need a key card to go to your room floor. The price was affordable and the room was spacious. I only marked it down 1 star because the bed sheet had hair on it and a couple stains. The towels and everything else was clean. Service was good and I recommend this place.

This hotel offers exceptional service and provides a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast choices are abundant and of high quality. The reception staff not only assist with check-in and check-out but also offer valuable guidance and directions to nearby places. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently situated near downtown. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends, and without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. The location is easy walking distance to amazing food choices! The room has everything a traveller requires, the reception has extra options for purchase. Security is very good. The service: Miss Che and Mr Ryan at reception are excellent! They both provided to us service beyond expected. Early check in (arriving at 530am), always smiling and easily answering questions we have. The most exceptional was their assistance after a Canadian Airline lost our guitar. Red Planet Hotel received a phone call advising the guitar was located. Both Mr Ryan and Miss Che were on the phone coordinating with airlines attempting to locate the guitar and instruction on how to pick up..seriously I cannot possibly thank them sufficiently!! 😀 The guitar was located and picked up the next day as we were flying out!

The hotel is not only affordable but also offers clean and spacious rooms. Best of all, it's located near the popular food-to-go spots in Binondo, making it a fantastic area for a food trip.😋

I stayed for a week and I could say that I really had a pleasant stay. They have strong wifi connection which is good for those working remotely. Very secured floors. The staff are very kind. The location is great too, walking distance to Binondo Church ◡̈ They don’t have a telephone inside the room but they’re very responsive through their app.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
