Deserves 0 stars. The halls smelled like a smoke house, and the room smelled like cat pee... also, there were stains on the bedding, the floors were sticky, the tub had scuffs on it (idk what they were), and the walls of the shower/bath look like they've never been cleaned! The desk in the room was broken, and the glue that was supposed to hold the trim on was sticky and gross. I saw a lot of red roof inn replying to comments saying they will let the property manager know so it can be fixed. Just know that nothing from the reviews section has been addressed. I thought maybe they would fix the issues after being brought to their attention, but clearly, it's not the case. Just know that they're gonna try to lie about addressing the issues. I've seen sketchy motels cleaner than this place. The ONLY good thing was the desk worker. She was able to move me to a different room.

I am not one to complain and I definitely understand more than most but... Room was in disrepair (other reviews cover a lot of it). Most of my issue was smell in room, cigarettes and pot, luckily had air freshener in the car. I know our stay was new years eve-new years day. But after driving 1500 miles in 24 hours to pick up my kids, I just needed a place to sleep for a couple hours. I checked in close to 2am and even given the holiday the price was much too high for the quality and the fact that the room would likely have gone unrented if I hadn't taken it. I understand there is a base cost needed to cover expenses but the price did not remotely reflect the conditions of the room. I should have slept in the car and saved the money! Columbus is usually my halfway point on the trip but this will not be in my considerations for next time. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

I recently found myself in need of kindness when stranded in Columbus, Ohio. I was fortunate enough to find it here. Thank you so much for helping me have a place to stay for the night in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment that was within my budget. There was food available on site, and because of the excellent level of customer service, I was able to put together a plan to get home more than three hours away. The employees of the Red Roof Inn went out of their way to provide excellent service for me, when I was in a pinch. There is truly room available at the inn. I strongly recommended supporting Red Roof Inn, because it cares about people and demonstrates this care with actions that underlie how it does business. This is what matters most. When you can, stay at Red Roof Inn. They deserve your trust and business!

Absolutely disgusting place! Mold in the bathroom. No hair dryer with a hole in wall. Moldy ac unit. Cigarettes and weed lingered in the whole place. Legit Crack heads arguing outside the 1st night we were there. I should have brought a gun or tazer for protection. Front staff barely talked and never smiled. Only reason I picked this place because it was pet friendly and even my dog was afraid of this place. I've already disinfected my stuff from this place. Never again

The front desk receptionist was as accommodating as she could be given the condition of the rooms. We had to ask to get our room switched 3x and each room had sticky floors, one had a cigarette butt on the bed and another bed had mystery stains on it. Just unacceptable for quality of rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
