        Update!!!!!! As of 12/24/2023, there is still BED BUGS at this Red Roof Inn hotel location Willowbrook Houston, TX. Do not get a room here!!!!!!! I went back to see if they fix these problems within 3 month from the last time I was there, no change.The rooms look clean and smell nice but bed bugs was crawlsing on the pillows, under the covers, it was digusting!!! I didnt stay and ask for a refund and left to go to a way better, bed free hotel. Never going back to this hotel again and advise everyone to stay away from this hotel unless you want bed bugs. Sept 2023, I decided to reserve a room because it seems to be a really clean, great location and excellent ratings and reviews. Got a room and did a little room inspection. Pull back the blankets and on top of both pillows and on the fitted sheets, there were bugs (some of which appeared to be bed bugs and other, larger ones). I felt creeped out, horrified, and disgusted. (Pictures doesnt lie, look at them below) Smaller bugs were scurrying about on the floor very close to the back of the bed by the tiny light stand. To view it, you'll need to use the flash on your phone. I immediately proceeded to the front desk, where I was given a different room. The only difference between this one and the first was that a roach was present. I returned to the front desk and INSISTED on getting my money back. According to reviews, this Red Roof Inn suppose to be the cleanest of them all. (DONT BE DECEIVED) Be mindful that bugs might hide, and you will regret not performing a thorough inspection before you settle in that room. The front desk lady was impolite, unprofessional, and had an attitude. The older gentle that isn't a foreigner, there is the best front office representative Ive encounter, and he needs more recognition, more salary for his caring, compassionate, hard work and professional behavior and attitude.         Absolutely crystal clean rooms and location. The elderly general man at night was super polite and helpful. The only issue I asked in the morning extra 30 mins and they called me about 25 times in 25 mins to get out of room.

        This is my favorite place to stay in Houston, very quiet and close to willowbrook mall! The eldery gentleman mike is so kind, traveling alone its nice to see a warm face. I have stayed at many hotels and I wish I could have continued booking here. I went down stairs to add an extra day to attend night of worship church service and Unfortunately the eldery receptionist charged me for 2 MORE nights checking out on Tuesday instead of 1 MORE NIGHT. I was going back to Houston today and wanted to book again but saw my bank account was nsf. I called the hotel and the mgr was very upset and he was always so nice. He told me I was not welcomed to stay there any longer. When I left Monday at 6am I told the elderly man I’m leaving see you next week and I told him my eldery dad left my card in the room and closed the door on accident and he said it’s ok. I always take out the trash and wipe down before I leave and respect the business. The mgr said they didn’t know I left because I have a do not disturb on the door and the key wasn’t turned in. I didn’t even book that extra day nor did I stay there. It’s saddens me because I loved that place and I was a repeat and over a one night refund the mgr treated me like a criminal. Made me cry because they were always so nice and I felt like I was kicked out and I didn’t do anything wrong. Y’all will enjoy this place it’s nice and if you have dogs they allow that. No breakfast but they have a vending machine the beds is comfy and no loud noise. No bad company or people nearby. I always felt safe and my car also. They have always given me good rates

        Stayed here with my daughters and now I'm back with my fiance and son and his dog. This place is pet friendly, the rooms are really nice and clean. The people are so nice! So far lovin everything about this place, I will def come back.

        A perfect 2 star hotel. No frills that’s clean and well priced. It’s new and you can see that. Love the hard floors vs carpet, feels much cleaner. It is a little loud being right next to the freeway, which doesn’t bother me personally, but it I suppose it could others.
