        I stayed there december 18, and they pocketed my 100$ deposit. Never returned. I know It's usually 50$, but I paid for another room so I had to double it. When I asked about this, they said things like it will take 7~14 days till refund, but It's 38 days passed and here I am. With no refund. Also, they egnore all the messege I sent. What kind of hotel runned by bunch of thieves? It's very dishonest, and terrouble way to run a business. If you have a weird kink about losing your own money, then this hotel is for you. Shame on them.

        "After discovering their website, I was thrilled to see that they had five available rooms for $66.00 each. However, when I called to make a reservation, I was informed that the actual price was $95.00. This was a clear case of false advertising and I was not going to stand for it. I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere."

        Me and my swim team stayed at this Red Roof and it was a terrible experience. They asked for a refundable $50 security deposit, and they did not refund it to us. We were told it would be refunded later that day, but two months later still no refund. The rooms were mediocre at best, and are not cleaned or maintained in-between stays. Shower was run down and dirty. I would totally not recommend! 0 Stars!

        Rooms are not sanitary, I had to wipe almost all the surfaces because they had silicone lube handprints and layered dirt all over. The floor in my room had to be mopped several times to keep my socks and feet clean. The telephone does not work. The refrigerator was frozen over with a huge chunk of ice on the back wall. I tried to use the microwave but it started a fire. Came back this morning to find human feces/diarrhea splattered in the corner of second floor staircase. There is trash and litter all over the property with shady guys cruising the location at all hours of the day. The majority of staff are friendly and responsive, though not all. There are some security cameras around the building but they are not everywhere. Night security can be seen in the parking lot some nights and occasionally walking around, but how effective or what their role is to do remains a mystery. Mediocre attempts, at the least, to provide quality experience/services and a safe environment. They are pet friendly and provide a stocked doggy poo bag station by the BBQ grill area.

        My family has enjoyed our stay at this location. They have been proactive, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Leon, Dyson, and Bernard are phenomenal at what they do. If you’re looking for convenience and comfort, I recommend staying here!
