        Seen better days The location is great. Only a 5 minute drive to MIA. Night staff was friendly and helpful from reception to security. Linen was clean. The Free Shuttle from MIA does not run as advertised on this site from 3am to 1am. It only ran from 7am to 11pm, so it cost us an extra $80 in taxi fares. The free shuttle was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. The outside looks great and modern, but the inside is very old and worn out. Horrible smell in the hallways, although it wasn't in the room. Rust showing through on the bathroom ceiling, huge dust buildup around shower insert, very cramped space with door not opening all the way as it hits the toilet seat. Toilet wasn't cleaned from previous guests as the underside of the seat was stained and long black hairs in tub and sink, which neither of us have black or long hair.

        The hotel room and the whole building is just very run down. Broken ac units everywhere. I do appreciate the fact that they allow pets, which is adds a lot of value for me. That been said, I have stayed at other Red Roof Plus locations and they have been better. The room smelled of smoke. I thought it would pass, but it never did. They did offer changing our room, but I didn't take it. The staff was nice, just a line to check in or out. Big plus, the two elevators worked and didn't break due ng our four days stay. Overall, if you know what to expect, it's a good value for the area. I will try my best not to repeat though.

        Find another place to stay. The elevator was dirty. The hallway to the room was dirty, not vacuumed. We opened the hotel room door and immediately saw one cockroach. We saw two baby roaches in the bathroom. We got video of it. We left the room and canceled our stay. Very disappointing. We had to walk in the dark and unfamiliar area to the hotels nearby to book a room. Thankfully we could afford it.

        I came to Miami for just one night for a concert and stayed at this hotel. The pricing was attractive and it looked like a decent place so I figured it was a good idea. I was overall very happy here! My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly and willing to help in any way they could. I really enjoyed the small item shop that they have in the lobby for some of those small toiletry items that I forgot at home. The only negative thing that I had to mention was that there was very little water pressure in my room on the 4th floor. It made it hard to take a shower and wash up. Other than that I would certainly come back here!

        I have been coming here for approximately 10 years. Even though the front desk staff have always been very friendly and courteous. The hotel itself has become a place I will never stay at again. Our experiences over the years continues to decline with our current stay being the worst. Our room smells horrible, needs numerous repairs, we had a cockroach in the bathroom, we had no remote for our tv (called to inquire/request one and were on hold for 25 minutes and waited for 45 to get one), we asked for extra pillows and they said they didn’t have any, our room is on 4th floor next to elevator and you can hear every single time it is used the cables running (I’m guessing the elevator is used hundreds of times a day, if not thousands. As you would hear the very loud sound every 10-30 seconds of the day). At 4am we were awoken by someone having what sounded like a party. We could hear loud talking, arguing, yelling, very loud music. It sounded like bongos etc were being played. We called the front desk a couple times. Each time being told they would send security and would be kicked out if it didn’t stop. Only to continue and we finally gave up. We knew others guests were also upset as they would pound on the floor above to add to our misery of noises. Because the hotel front desk staff and airport shuttle staff have been very pleasant and welcoming we didn’t want to complain any further as we felt bad for all the complaints etc they must have received and didn’t want to burden them further. Lastly, the hotel ice machines were out of service (I think I recall this from last time) and the complimentary breakfast was out of everything and has also declined with options based on our previous visits. The cruise port shuttle that use to be included in your stay is now $12 pp. We still have one more night to stay and can only hope we get a peaceful nights rest before continuing on with our vacation travels. Note: it is very close to MIA airport. They have free hotel shuttles and a bus stop close if you choose to navigate the bus system. Low flying airplanes do fly right over hotel.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
