        This area used to be the Mapua Institute of Technology, Doroteo Jose Campus where I studied in my first 2 years of engineering.. I did not realize it's now a residential condominium and hotel development.

        Go down the driveway pass the security guard station, follow the wall on the right until you get to Reception at Amaia Skies. They will call someone from RedDoorz who will show you to your room at the condominium. Furniture is new, room is clean and modern. A good stay!

        I’m a unit owner at Amaia Skies Avenida What’s good: 1. Near LRT Station, very accessible sya kasi katabi mo mismo ang LRT Line 1 Doroteo Jose Station, at less than 5 minute walk from LRT Line 2 Recto Station (ideal location for those people who don’t have cars) 2. Near bus stations (North bound) beside LRT Line 1 Doroteo Station 3. Near establishment in the area, like fast food chains (Jollibee, Mc Donald, Chowking, Mang Inasal etc...) also in front of Manila Grand Opera Hotel with restaurant and casino, accessible at malls like Isetann, Lucky Chinatown Mall, 168, 999, Tutuban - (less than 5-10 minutes travel time by PUV’s) 4. Puregold at ground floor, coffee shop, laundry and BPI Bank. In between of the condo there are two 711’s one at Doroteo Jose St. and the other is at Tomas Mapuas St. both beside the condo. 5. In fairness on the guards they’re good and will always greet you. The BAD: 1. Expect the area is dirty, since It’s in Recto Avenida, air pollution because of PUV’s. You will notice that there are many homeless in the area. 2. Noisy, yes even at night that’s because of the jeepneys muffler, tricycles, and most specially motorcycles with open pipes and some private vehicles dinig na dinig na dumadaan sila, hindi sound proof ang mga bintana, most specially in the morning expect na mainggay, siguro I’m just on the lower floor kaya ganun pero it’s not a reason, and the developer should expect this dapat sana man lang sound proof doors and windows ang inilagay. 3. Occasional traffic sa area since yung Doroteo Jose St. ang daanan ng buses going to terminal, pag nagkasabay sabay expect heavy traffic in front of the condo entrance. 4. Isa kami sa mga first resident ng condo pero even at the beginning or simula ng lumipat ako dito not well maintained na sya, napaka-dumi ng elevators nanggigitata mga pader ng elevators, even the hallways madumi, parang walang maintance team na nag lilinis. 5. 30+ ang floors pero 3 elevators lang so expect every now and then pipila ka pa lalo na pag nagkasabay sabay ang tao mahaba ang pila kung minamalas ka pa minsan sira yung elevator at 2 lang ang gumagana, minsan ma-trap ka pa sa loob dahil minsan nag loloko ang sensors. 6. Madaming unit dito na may mga water leaks, problem sa pader like cracks, water lines at drainage, until now madami pa din reklamo. Don’t be fooled not because Ayala to’ ay maganda na kaya don’t expect too much or better yet expect the worst, I’m not being exaggerated pero hindi sya worth investing, if may business ka sa area maybe it’s okay pero if you want to buy a condo lang for your family natitirhan I’m sorry to say pero hindi sya worth investing. This condo is good for students sa U-belt and if may businesses ka sa area. I’ve been staying here for 1 year+ and I’m now selling my unit, because I really hate the fact na nag babayad ka ng association dues pero yung linisin man yung elevators, yung pader ng elevator na ngayon may vandalism hindi magawa, so minsan nakakahiya mag imbita ng bisita, I’m sorry for the word pero dugyot na yung area pati din loob ng condo dugyot din. Liveable sya pero not worth investing. So better think twice or trice before buying Amaia condo’s make sure your on the following 1. Your student at U- belt 2. Or you have businesses around the area. 3. Or, you have family near here.

        Took a unit here and stayed for a while. The location is good, as it is very near to LRT 1 and LRT 2. Walking distance to and from universities in U-belt area. Near Divisoria and key places in downtown Manila. But the condo facilities is just average, anyways, it just pays the price.

        The location of this place is outstanding... Being near to the manila grand opera hotel and casino and also it being near to the lrt station makes it more appealing... Also the condo is also located in the middle of U.Belt making it very appealing to students to go rent in.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
