        Truly a terrible hotel. I'm currently traveling about ph and I trusted redoorz as a name so I tried to stay here Upon check in, I was notified that I had been relocated (no email regarding this), when I asked for a reason the receptionist told me the online price was too cheap and they couldn't uphold it in that hotel (which wouldn't be legal in UK) I disdainfully decided to pay the walk in fee of P1300 and I was promised a refund for the initial booking. When I arrived to the room, it was pleasant although the WiFi doesn't connect to that room (end of the corridor on the 4th floor). I enquired to the receptionist who explained that the WiFi isn't strong. I had 0 connection anywhere in the hotel and I could only use my data in the hotel lobby. Truly an awful experience and I've just walked out, with little confidence I will receive a refund for either of these bookings, im very disappointed as I expected more from a hotel chain that I have used previously here in ph. I'm going to investigate if there is some way I can formally complain about this experience and request advice regarding my rights as I don't fully understand my entitlements here in the Philippines

        We booked a Deluxe Twin Bed Room via RedDoorz. It's inside Express Inn Mabolo. The check in went smooth but I do not recommend to stay here. The pictures shown are outdated. There is no hot shower, no TV remote control, the airconditioner is box type very noisy, wifi gets slow, bedsheets and towel are so worn out, the room doesn't smell nice, no complimentary bottles of water, quite a walking distance from SM and there's no proper sidewalk half way going there.

        Their elevator is unmaintained. The permit posted inside the elevator expired last 2020. Very slow and the door opens frustratingly slow. Elevator stopped working that night and somehow they made it work. That elevator needs maintenance or replacement and PERMITS! Wifi is not working. Room uses traditional keys. Elevator does not use access cards. Not secure. Rooms are bare furnished, cement floors. Windows uncleaned for some time.

        I was very happy with the staff here at the hotel they were very friendly and switched me to a more quiet room when one became available. The problem with the hotel is that there were only 2 channels on the TV and they were not good channels. I recommend they get a smart tv so people can stream stuff, usb, or connect phone to tv. The wifi worked good after it was reset.

        Pretty good for the price. Great location if you wanna be near SM City (about 5 mins walking distance) and Cebu North Bus Terminal. The room is clean and very spacious. Has a couple chairs, a couple tables, and a cabinet. The elevator requires a key card so not just anyone can enrer. Only thing missing is a mini fridge and a bidet for the bathroom. I really can't complain, it's a lot better than I expected.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
