        My room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Just imagine how difficult it was to climb to the fourth floor. The room is very basic. The pillows are hard.

        Staffs are friendly and accommodating The problem is the room,sad to say but cockroach,and bugs are all over the place, i almost got bug bites on my legs. The phone inside the room is not working and the wifi is really weak. 6k + for a week is cheap but i hope they can clean the rooms.

        This is a s3x hotel. Not recommended for visiting. We were looking for a cheap place to stay for a short visit. There was no lift and we were on the top level, so many stairs in a narrow staircase. It was only after we paid that they told us there was no wi-fi. We were travelling from another country and didn't have a SIM so wi-fi was pretty important for us. We got to the room and could hear loud noises from other guests and there were insects in the room. We left and got a refund.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
