        Let me start by mentioning, that my review on Agoda (where I originally booked the room) was filtered and deleted. So, I will use this platform to share my experiences. Moreover, I would like to be very detailed because I feel like the place is a little bit too overrated, and hopefully, my insight would help my fellow travelers or why not, the hotel itself to book a better room or make some changes. I booked a queen-sized bedroom with an extra request: a large bed because I was traveling with my partner. When we arrived, we were given a twin bedroom. We raised our issue and concerns but sadly, the hotel couldn't do anything, they said all the rooms were booked already (which I find strange because I checked right before our check-in if there are available rooms and they were). At this point, I don't even care if it was Agoda's or the hotel's fault (they kept blaming each other) but I was very disappointed with the problem-solving skills on both ends. It was 2 AM already in the morning when I gave up "fighting" for what I had paid for (I have to mention that the twin rooms were much cheaper at the time of the booking and I never got a refund, only a 1 dollar Agoda cash compensation, like what???). I'll take an opportunity and mention Agoda's terrible customer service, they kept passing me, avoiding my questions, and giving the same copy-paste answers. Now about the hotel: Staff: They are kind people, I would say somehow helpful, at least they let us keep our luggage for a couple of hours the next day after check-out. But I believe they should definitely improve their problem-solving skills, I felt like they were just waiting for us to go to sleep or leave, just to avoid this situation. And after all, it is not the receptionist's fault. Location: The hotel is located in the city center, the area is a bit shady, so I wouldn't suggest that my fellow single lady travelers walk around there alone, especially late at night. Room: I was very shocked to see the great reviews this place has so far. My case might have been a very unlucky one, but let me tell you, I've never stayed in a hotel like this before: it was beyond filthy. It was dusty and dirty and the bathroom was unacceptable: there were urine stains under the toilet seat, the toilet seat was broken, the shower area was very rusty, the mirror was dirty, the bedsheets were covered in stains, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the AC was super loud. We just needed this place for one night, a quick rest, and a good shower but we got none of that. Not only did I pay for a room I did not get, I had to clean it myself, just to make sure I didn't get bacteria on my body. Overall, terrible experience, I am very disappointed, I know it is a budget-friendly hotel, but I believe they shouldn't mess with their guest, especially when it comes to hygiene. At 2 am in the morning, I already accepted the fact that I am not getting a refund or at least the difference between the two rooms, but the cleanliness is something I could never accept, no matter if the hotel has 1 or 5 stars. Hotels like this in other places would be banned by now from the market.

        I booked their Twin Room for 1 night even though I was the only one staying since it’s the cheapest when I checked Agoda. The room was spacious even for 2 people, hot shower was present, toilet was clean, toiletries and towels were available, TV was working (although channels were limited), wifi was available, and there was a tiny closet if you wanted to hang some of your clothes. The room would be great for people who only want a place to sleep while they roam around the city. My only concern during my stay were the thin blankets. It would have been better if they were a bit thicker because it got too cold as the night went on. However, I was able to manage by turning off the AC and hugging the pillows. 😁 Heads up: When you check in, there would be a Php500 deposit and should be given back once you check out. Overall, the room was great for its price!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
