        We only booked here due to its location but was really sad with the experience! We booked 3 days but the staff didn't gave us towels. Blanket is thin, can't even protect you from the ants. A lot of COCKROACHES on and under the bed. WATER HEATER IS BROKEN. The room we're assigned in didn't have a working heater and the water pressure was bad. THE TOILET IS ALSO MOLDY! They don't really clean the room. When we checked in, the floor in bathroom was wet and the table has a lot of ants. The chair is also too small for the table. WIFI IS NOT WORKING. We had to use our data as the WiFi wasn't working. NO DOUBLE LOCK AND PRIVACY. Staff always come inside the room when we're out. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

        The place is untidy. The rooms are not well cleaned before turning over to the customer. They are not well oriented of the app they use. The staff and crew is not well trained and does have attitude problems. They dont provide the right service for the price and servicw you wish to avail of.

        WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE HELL!!! I woke up with cockroaches ON MY TABLE AND ANTS IN MY WATER BOTTLE! Its so unsafe here, someone tried stealing my gift. And the service was just so unprofessional, staff was always rude to me for no reason. Highly unreccommended.

        NOT RECOMMENDABLE! Bad attitude of front desk staffs from my first day to the last. Bathroom - with water heater but the shower head keeps on facing the wrong way. TV - only had one channel that can be watched. WIFI - weak. Cleanliness - there were cockroaches and mice. Towels - old, I reserved for two but only one was prepared and it had a hole. Pillows - I don’t know what’s inside it but it’s not soft. Blanket - was a bedsheet. Aircon - remote control not working. Nothing to say about the smallness of the room because of it’s cheap price but still, THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED SO FAR.
