        stayed for 10 days for my Mandatory Quarantine. I booked room for one person and it was “quite good” for me. I can say that in terms of hotel staff, some of them were not proactive and late when it comes to my request for towels, bed sheet and pillow cover specially the trash bin which I followed up couple of times and gave after 2 days. Some of the front desks were not coordinated when it comes to my payment and they kept calling me regarding payments which I already paid using Red Doorz App. The amenities inside the room like TV which I also don’t use on the whole duration of my stay because the reception was poor on TV Plus and the most saddest part was that “Prepaid Electricity Load” used in all rooms where sometimes in the middle of the night I don’t have electricity coz they need to purchase prepaid load and it takes 30 minutes to have it back. Overall I am disappointed with regards to the hotel staff service and the amenities in the room. Hope this will help to improve your service for the future clients who wish to avail your hotel service.

        In quarantine protocol it is prohibited to go out from my room, that's why all my deliveries will pass through the hotel stafffs. In my booking, meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, but it happened often that my meals were not delivered even though I called the receptionist many times. I also notice that only my room didn't receive anything.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
