        Rent on line to book a room and said it had a roof top restaurent and pool.when we got there the washroom was really dirty,pool and and restaurant does not exist anymore and when you ask for a clean towel they said you need to pay.i would advise to stay a way because really not a good place.

        BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!!! Had a very bad experience on this hotel. When we arrived we thought the parking was closed, because the roll ups was half closed. I had to go down to ask for it. When we got inside the lobby the aircon is turned off. We waited for about ten minutes becuase the front desk officer said the only available room is without any windows . Whaaaat ? When the next room with window was availabl we went up and we were surprised with a very strong smell of the cleaning material used . We told the front desk officer about it. She told us someone would come up to us to spray something. Fe minutes had gone no one went up. I called again she said to open the windows for a few minutes so the smell would go out . But it didnt work as the window was just a small awning on the top of the window glass. Since i cant take the smell anymore cause its hurting our eye and im having difficulty breathing already fue to asthma i ask for if we could be moved to another room but sje said theres no other rooms left. So i said we will just check out and i ask for a refund. She agreed so we got out and find ourselves a new hotel . BUT SUPRISINGLY I WAS CHARGED BU AGODA OF THE SAME PRICE I REFUNDED FROM TGE HOTEL . so i called agoda and ask why. They said the hotel marked us as NO SHOW. and angrily i said thats risiculous we were ther and just refunded because of a bad smell. But the hotel insisted we are a NO SHOW CUSTOMER , they even ask for a proof of or check in . I sent a screenshot of their wifi we were connected in when we get there.cause obviously customers only the checked in can connect to tha. I tried contacting reddoors they said they will contact the hotel but no updates was given to me ever . Agoda also was not reying to me anymore !!!!!!

        Great place to stay! It sits on the center of the busy city. Great location for anyone travelling for business purposes and or just for leisure. They had friendly staff. Often times the front desk is busy but will attend to you right after every task. The design construction on rooms were modern, with high ceilings and wide room. Security lock for doors are up to date and so as with the access lock on elevator for any occupants. Staff were courteous and polite. The pool at the top also serves occupants with ease. A wide view of the city is too good to ponder on. Book them now!

        This is actually Express Inn Mabolo but since this is also a Reddoorz hotel, they made a separate Google Maps entry for this one. Love the cozy and minimalist designed rooms. It also has a rooftop pool with great views of the surrounding area. Centrally located and just walking distance to Colon St. Lots of cheap and good dining options around.
