Worst place to stay. Dirty rooms, with dirty, bumpy and noisy beds. Dirty pillow too. Worn out toilets. I reached late evening. Since very tired, no choice and stayed just one night and changed to different hotel next day. Alai hotel asked to pay additional price than listed in Agoda online price.

The receptionist girl is so rude and unpolite (behave girl!!). The service very underrated. The room was so smell, sticky, and noisy. The shower didn't work well, so It caused me difficult taking a bath. The price is unexpected, because the is a lot of additional charge and far away from your online booking. It has given me a bad experiences, ever since from arrrival. Very not recommended
