Everything is good but the staff were away even though i have made reservations at 2pm. The receptionist isnt there.

The room is quite good, clean, the water heater is working properly, and a little bit soundproof. the place has car parking and motorcycles. The location is strategic too for finding some food.

A nice and strategic place to stay in Kemang. Only a few steps away to Lippo Mall Kemang and Jalan Raya Kemang with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Property was relatively clean, room was also in good shape but the bathroom was rather dirty. There's also parking space. Overall it's a nice and comfy place. Keep in mind that since this hotel is located inside a very narrow one way road, cars entering the road from Jalan Raya Kemang are only allowed in the morning and afternoon before 4 o'clock. If you're going there by car after 4 o'clock in the afternoon, you need to make a long detour all the way to Kemang Village to reach the road as cars aren't allowed to enter from Jalan Raya Kemang.

Cannot sleep at all in this place, at first it was okay, the bedsheets and pillow case were kind of dirty. But then at night, I was waking up and found a lot of BED BUGS crawling on the bed, at 1 AM I have to get up to pack and request to change rooms, then I was moved to an even dirtier room with spider webs and pool of water on the floor from leaking ac/roof. I did not sleep at all untill morning. Never staying here again!
