Location was decent, need to walk to get to places, room was clean and service was good, but the toilet had abit of problems, need to maintain it abit more. Other than that peaceful sleep

The service was good and the room was clean, but somehow the room doesn't feel cozy enough, it might be because of the lightning. Everything went good, the parking was safe, AC & TV works fine, the bed is comfy, the linen and bedcover is clean, they also give mineral water and toiletries, the only minus is the shower in my room didn't work and the room is not soundproof so it's a bit noisy.

With this range of price, the place was okay. Facility was good (tv, water heater, clothes hanger, etc). I would recommend this place if you dont mind to keep your sound low on the room. This place use wooden wall panel, so sometimes you can hear voice from another room.

Value for the price. The room is big and spacious for 1-2 people. The amenities are a bit low. No shampoo nor soap; however they provided basic tooth brush and towel. The bed is comfy and doesn't be a problem for short stay. But I found it a bit itchy. The receptionists were nice but definitely could do some improvements. Better you ask if there is wifi available ; since they wouldn't explain it to you in the beginning. The room partition is just from a very thin wood (not even a real wood), so you almost can hear everything outside or if someone does something on the wall next to your room. Wifi is ok but not the best. My biggest no is the light's color. The ambiance in the room is too yellow; makes your eyes a bit tired and uncomfortable while working in front of the laptop in the room.

the room is clean and big, the mattress is good.. the staff is friendly. The price is very affordable for good quality, but the walls are from plywood, so we can hear the sound of the next room quite clearly .. Well, over all, this place is very recommended place to stay..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
