        Oh guys, I've never been so outraged in my life. I'll tell you in order. And absolutely no one wants to stop here. 1. I booked and paid in advance, the man at the reception, as well as other employees do not even understand English. He tried to sell me a room and it took me 10 minutes to explain that everything was booked and paid for. 2. After registration refused to give me my passport. Which I think is against the law. In the end, after harsh criticism from me it gave. 3. On Google maps shows the wrong location, and I was in the darkness of the alleys for 30 minutes looking for this hotel. It was a 3 minute walk, which is far enough and the search area is large. Also, none of the phones listed anywhere or does not work. 4. Nearby there is an Islamic mosque or something where prayers are constantly loud. 5. The room itself is very dirty, stained and brown. Very dirty, there are cigarette butts and trash on the closet at the entrance. 6. 6. The bed was found 6 long women's hair, which leads me to conclude that the room is not even cleaned. The toilet also had hair. 7. No toilet paper. And there is no sink. Want to wash your face or brush your teeth - do it under the shower. 8. Huge cockroaches in the room. I lived in Bali and I'm generally used to geckos, they don't bother me. But cockroaches....

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
