The room is too dusty and got some weird smell No drinking water Lift cannot be used The worse is they didnt refill the electric token when it's used up by the previous tenant

Cons: Can't use the lift, room a bit smelly, no shower gel and shampoo, lots of mosquitoes, water on the shower not that strong. Pros: Cheap, nearby attractions such Gelora Bung Karno & Malls like Pasific Place, Senayan City, Plaza Senayan, Grand Indonesia ect, nearby public transportation like Trans Jakarta and MRT.

There were some lack of facility like small water flow, too hot or too cold shower water, and so much dust under the bed. The canteen at the rooftop wasn't operating, although had good views of Jakarta's skyline from the rooftop and had automatic coffee maker, it was delicious. The staff was so friendly especially from the property division. Location was strategic very near from Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Malls, Convenient Stores, Printing Centres, Park, and Semanggi Road. Could be a better place because this hotel has strategic location.

Toilet was so dirty, there are a lot of insects, under the bed is an insect graveyard. Small waterflow, and it’s cold. Shampoo and soap was empty. Lightbulb was dead when I arrived and not being taken care when I returned. Location was hard to access with car, small alley. Need to be careful when using larger car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
