        We have checked in here a couple of times now then yesterday they have charged us for a single scratch on the glass tumbler. The rooms are not really good, the tv is hard to control, the mirrors have cracks, the pipes of the sink are coming off. We have endured those conditions but even though we have checked in a couple of times. That one incident with the glass tumbler has made me mad. They could easily charge you with those damaged properties even though you didn't do anything.

Moreover, the absence of elevators can pose a significant inconvenience, especially for individuals with mobility concerns. The in-room menu proves to be impractical, rendering it difficult to order any meals. Despite a week-long stay focused on remote work, ordering food became an ordeal. Additionally, the staff's efficiency is notably lacking; simple requests, like replenishing daily essentials such as tissue, require a trek down to the reception. This becomes especially cumbersome when engrossed in work, disrupting the flow of productivity. Communication with the staff is frustratingly unhelpful, with a prompt and almost default "NO/Nothing" response even before the question is fully articulated. The television and remote control add to the dissatisfaction, demanding an urgent upgrade. Attempts to rectify these issues through contacting the staff are met with prolonged delays, an unexpected and unwelcome aspect of the guest experience.         I asked my visitors to book here because it is near their place of work for a few days. I went today with them (I am a visitor) they need to take showers before dinner. Front desk didn't let me through. I think the front desk is pretty fuxked up. If you are looking for a place, this is not it.

        The room is clean and wide however my concern is that there conceirge are mostly not available there is no elevator so if you have a large baggage it will take time or better you bring it on your own. They have menu for food but sadly most of them are not avaible my advice bring your own extra food and gain some muscle to carry your baggage to your room

        Front desk has a poor attitude. They will even take photos of you when you visit here / check-in. We asked them the purpose, they said the owner needs to see it. We even requested them to delete when we leave but they decline. Scary place to stay in. The place is really far from uptown. This is a scam 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
