It's a little far from the airport, but the tourist spots aren't far away, and the supermarket is nearby, so it's not inconvenient. It was a pity that the shower temperature was cold, but the hotel price was low, the customer service was good, and the food was very good. Overall I was generally satisfied. Also the red horse was the best. I also want to use it when I go to the Philippines.

Place is nice, tidy and clean. Next to the main road and near to a mall. Taxi's are a little hard to get by. The staff are nice and accomodating to guests. Although there are factors that needs to improved like room service. There was no hangers in the cabinet so we had to call for assistance. We had to call three times to follow up and for it to be attended to and was only provided three hangers for us three people. Overall, great stay.

Good wifi. I have stayed here 2 times and on the first one, shower was okay but on the second one the shower kept on turning on and off. The food is really nice! The door on the first room, the door knob was broken and it isn’t the best thing! The shower handle is very lose too. But the worst thing is that the toilets in the rooms that I got did not flush, so I recommended that you make sure the flush of the toilet is working first before you get the room.

From 7AM construction within the hotel started without letting us know prior to it. We had a 18 hour flight that we were exhausted from and left completely disturbed, we complained 3 times and it would stop for 5 minutes then start all over again. The TV was also not working our entire stay, which we did complain about and were told it would be fixed within an hour - never got fixed. We also were only given a single sheet to sleep with. They also tried to charge us for “drinks out of the minibar” which we did not even open. You also get charged if you bring food from outside. Room and washroom was clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
