Wow, this certainly did meet my expectations, I could not fault the accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable and delightful little touches to make it homely. Very welcoming with soft lighting left on when I arrived. Bed was super comfy, and the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Digital check in is great, but don't forget your phone, as they key is on it! The parking at a small extra charge was just 2 mins walk away, and the location perfect, in the heart of Clifton. Overall brilliant value for money, I will definitely recommend and stay again!

High quality apartments with an amazing location and very helpful customer service. When being confused about the parking and how to get in to the apartment, it only took one phone call to sort everything out. Highly recommend staying here, will definitely come back!!

The apartment was everything we needed for a stress-free and pleasant stay. It was great to have a compact kitchen with good working appliances and little touches such a good supply of tea and coffee. All the appliances worked well and the bathroom was great. It was a warm and cosy apartment, and for us, in the perfect location. Loved the mobile check-in and the staff were super helpful. The free parking was an added bonus aswell! Thank you.

Super convenient for seeing daughter at university and close to all amenities. A busy road but that’s the trade off for being v central. Beautifully furnished, but terrible bad drain (like rotten eggs) smell in bathroom. Might want to get it checked out? That aside, would definitely stay again. Also remote door key etc all worked brilliantly. You just have to wait for the door to click before trying to open it!

I went away with my husband and 7 month old son and this was the most perfect base to explore Bristol from. The location was excellent, it was surprisingly quiet, the apartment was done up really nicely and was very clean plus there was everything there that you could need to make it a good trip - including Netflix! The staff were also very accessible, including by email, and did whatever they chose to support with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
