We recently stayed at Reef Club Resort (Apartment 18) and were both underwhelmed and incredibly disappointed. From the moment you walked through the apartment door, the dark hallway and odd smell had you questioning the choice of accommodation. The carpet in the bedrooms were stained and you could tell the bed was anything but new (picture someone sitting in the middle and almost being swallowed up by the bed folding in half). To top it off, the windows and doors were riddled with ants and a piece of A4 paper covered what could easily be assumed as a previous guests boxing efforts in the back of the bedroom door. I do NOT recommend staying at Reef Club Resort.

We're on our second visit to Reef Club Resort ( Apt 44) and love it!! A lot of refurbishments have taken place in recent years and the resort is continually being improved. Obviously the standard of apartments varies depending on what owners chose to do with them but from our experience we couldn't ask for more. The location is perfect being a few hundred metres to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Macrossan Street and all its cafes, restaurants and shops. The managers, Lee and Joe, are really friendly and very obliging in responding to guests requests. A stay at Reef Club also provides really good value for money, especially given the above features. We couldn't be happier with our experiences and would highly recommend Reef Club Resort.

Apartment 46 ! A 2 Bedroom and just gorgeous... LOVED IT 💜 We stayed for two nights and should have made it a week ! So beautifully appointed with little things that just made it magic. The Pool and grounds are great and it's an easy walk to the beach. Staff are fantastic and it's about a 10-15 min walk to the main street. Do yourself a favour and stay at Reef Club but check their availability first before you book flights ! We'll be back and reserving #46 !

I was nervous about staying here after reading some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. I could tell the place had recently been painted and maybe a change in management (or some people are difficult to please?). The pool area was quiet, the rooms clean and it has a friendly vibe with a book collection at reception. It is so close to the netted area of the beach and close to the activities on Port Douglas Rd like Mirage Country Club golf and the wildlife habitat sanctuary, both excellent. We would stay there again!

We had a great 5 day stay at The Reef Club Resort. The location is perfect for the resort is only a short distance to the beach, and PD town centre. Our room was fully fitted with ceiling fans, and big beautiful air conditioners that made our stay a true comfort. Also enjoyable was the pool! We spent a happy dusk relaxing in the pool, which gave us time to reflect and praise our choice to stay at The Reef Club Resort. The underground parking was spacious and always available, and most convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
