Great find in Newquay! Guy behind the desk was great to chat to, funny and down to earth. Will be our go to stay if needed from now on! Comfy beds and big rooms!

Great location and friendly service. Facilities are basic. The room is clean but sheets could do with some freshening up. No shampoo, but coffee and tea facilities are there. I would stay there for the location but you need to walk to the parking . Also no lift so you need to climb up the steep stairs. Still good option of you are not too fussy .

Stayed for 4 nights room very spacious just missing a wardrobe and shower is a press button u have to keep pressing room was very clean and staff helpful good base to stay and if u need anything u only have to ask they don't do breakfast but there is an area u can use with kettle toaster and microwave so we could make our own breakfast which saved some money cleaner only comes every 3 days so our room wasn't to clean when we left as we had been on the beach a few times so sand everywhere

It is quite a nice room, beds were comfortable, some parts of the switches had no electricity, nice wash rooms always had warm water. located very near to the beach just a minute walk you can see the beautiful view from the top of the hill, very near to the town center of the new quay. Best location I would love to say. Coming to service there was no service at all. Very poor customer service. Apart from service and electric problems I enjoyed it.

Excellent location staff is friendly and very helpful nice rooms with on suite bath only 2 minutes walk from a wonderful blue rocky beach plenty of other beaches with in few miles and high street on a walk distance Would recommend it to everyone

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
