        This place doesnt even eligible for 1 star. Poor hospitality, staff's are very arrogant and money seeking especially the one guy with spectacles in the restaurant. The breakfast is pathetic, every day same items and they don't serve it hot, don't even have a bread toaster. If you want lunch or dinner don't ever go to hotel restaurant they serve old food and most of the items on menu are unavailable also price mentioned on menu is not updated as per them (they charge more). Cleanliness is very poor they don't change the towels and kettle was not cleaned full of food particles inside . If you need additional water bottles they charge very high price better buy from near by supermarket. Hotel is not recommended for a peaceful vacation.

        I never thought that I will be flying to Baku but I must say that my unplanned trip was exceptional because of you guys even if I traveled alone. First of all, I was so lucky that you guys picked my phone call to answer my queries about the hotel and gave me extra information and assisted me from the beginning of my trip from airport transfers and ideas for tour or walk around the city. I personally thanked Perviz from reception who provided me pertinent information with regards to my trip. Furthermore, I would like to thanked Rana as well from reception who is kind enough and aided me with directions. Hence, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ravan as well who assisted me throughout my stay. Thus, the hotel staff/team are extraordinary 🥹🥹 from making sure that you’ll be comfortable and safe the entire stay and making sure that you have all that you need and they’re kind enough to upgrade my room too. (Btw, the room is so spacious and clean) The food in their restaurant are superb 💯💯 they’re worth it of the rating that they have now and even more. You guys made my stay so amazing that made me think of coming back soon ❤️ Thank you so much 🙏🏻

        I really liked this hotel everything about is so amazing the room are so big and has anything you want inside them , the hotel staff and specifically the reception workers are very nice and kind they made my trip memorable honestly they were friendly and super helpful answering my questions and guide me to the best places in baku I highly recommend this place it’s one of the best hotels in baku they treated me with kind , the hospitality was so satisfying the room was ready when I checked in I didn’t even took 3 minutes plus they accept visa vending machine so you can be sure that cash ain’t a problem in this hotel i really enjoyed my stay here and surly i will repeated
