My mum always stayed in this hotel and that was my first time. The room is spacious and my room has a nice view. However the interior are very outdated and the bathroom need some touch up. On my last two days of stay , there were some renovations upstairs above my room from 11am, it’s not early but no notification from the hotel to notify me so I was in shock and it’s hard when you are travelling and need to adjust jet lag. My mum went to front desk and told the lady about this issue, the respond she got was ‘oh, yes.’ Please kindly provide training to staff on handling problem or issue with professional responses. Other than that shuttle services were good and easy to book.

For an amazing stay with top notch service, I recommend this hotel. Every detail and concern is attended to with the utmost attention. Check in was a breeze and quick!! All dining areas are clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was great and the executive lounge staff, Ms. Ema was very conversational and attentive. I recommend this hotel to couples and small groups, as there are connecting rooms available. The MOST AMAZING part of our stay was the personal service and attention by the guest relations manager, DENNIS! Dennis’ professionalism and hospitality experience is a great benefit to the Regal Hotels Group. Because of the service and attention, I gave this hotel the highest score possible. You’d enjoy staying here, for sure. Thank you, Dennis for making our stay memorable and unforgettable! It would be our pleasure to return.

The BEST hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Hong Kong! The facilities, ambiance, location, and room itself, are all excellent. But what we liked the most about this hotel is the customer service. We had the best customer experience! Sir King and Sir Dennis were both very hands on and very accommodating to our needs during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel! ◡̈

I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. This is my second time staying at the Regal hotel in Hong Kong. The first time was in Regal Sha Tin and I had a lovely time in both of the hotel. The room are nice and big with new fresh towels and clean room everyday. When staying at Kowloon one of the employee Dennis gave us a lot of tips of things to do in HK and helped us with the shuttle buses to the airport so everything with our stay went smooth. When I get back to HK I will definitely stay at Regal again!

Great location, very good hospitality and Service. Though I wish the Beds are soft. One note is that We were 3 in the Family Room, but the amenities face towels and towels they gave were only for 2 persons So We had to always ask at the conceirge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
