        Great service, room and location! Good neighborhood which safe and easy to get around. Metro red line is just on the left side. Shopping, eating, banking, pharmacy.. everything is there and the room rates are decent! Highly recommended!

        The customer service and lunch were very good but the gym, spa and neighborhood were completely unacceptable for a hotel that calls itself 5 star. The massage therapist was nice but it was a very simple massage in a dingy room. The gym is all filled with good equipment but in a small room with 100% rusty weights. The lobby is also dated and while the room was spacious and nice, the lighting is so confusing and error prone that it went on at 2:30am above our heads (we were sound asleep) and it took their technician 15 minutes to determine how to shut it off). We paid for the nicest room and it had gorgeous views, but everything else in it was a la carte. $2 for water, $1 for a coffee in the room??? This is not the neighborhood for walking to cute cafes or shops if that is a desire. Would not stay here again or recommend.

        Great bed quality and breakfast, but the hotel is old and needs maintenance. Super comfortable bed, breakfast was great and location is good, has a subway station nearby and easy access to the route to valle nevado and other ski centers. Reason for the 3 stars rating is the rooms are small and need maintenance. Our first room had a problem on bathroom window and we could feel the cold wind of Santiago’s winter during our bath. I complained about it on the first day to the hotel manager and heard: “lo siento, estamos full”. They sent a maintenance guy with a tool kit to try to solve it - the only thing he accomplished was making our bathroom dirt after getting inside it with working boots and using a drilling machine. After 3 days they gave us another standard room, now with air conditioning problems that made the room temperature rise to 28°C overnight - this one not solved until our last day. Yes, problems happen all the time on hotels, but hotel managers should try to make those problems less impacting to clients. They sent staff people multiple times to our room and didn’t solve the problems. An upgrade to a better room would have also been a good solution, but we just heard “lo sentimos”. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
