        I wish I could do 3.5 stars as it would more accurately describe my rating. We rented 2 x 1 bedroom rooms with kitchens . The positives were : the location was great for our event at the Auckland Netball Centre, the units were spacious and pleasantly decorated with windows that opened, the bed was very comfortable and large, the staff were helpful and friendly. The negatives. If you follow my reviews, you know that cleanliness for me is a MUST! . My unit had a lot of dust on tops of draws and in corners of the bathroom for example. There was a piece of rubbish by the bin in the bathroom. Someone's shaved hair was on top of one of bathrooms draws and the shaving cream bottle was inside the cabinet. My friends room had uncleaned toilet with someone poo stain. She also had a ceiling Stain from a leak in her bedroom. Additionally I found ( and photos are included) that the original design and fittings are lovely, but all the amenities are very budget. This included kitchen wear, towels and toilet paper. My shower also had run out of soap before I arrived and it had not been refilled. My friend had a shampoo and conditioner in her room ( you had to look for it though inside the mirror cabinet) and mine didn't. My room was also missing a dishwashing brush, which is kind of essential in my view. The exterior of the hotel and the decorations really need freshening up. They look very very old and not like in the pics of booking.xom. Advertising also mentioned Netflix availability on TV, but at least in my room the TV did not have Netflix and did not have instructions and was set to French. I managed to Google how to set it to English, but afterwards still did not see the Netflix option. I will finish on a bright note to say that the storage wardrobe is extra large and will fit your suitcase inside of it as well as all your unpacked items. And slippers are provided. Overall for the price we paid we would expect more attention to details and in conclusion: it was ok to stay there, but next year for the same event we will try another place.

        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAYING HERE! Manager doesn’t take accountability for problems at this motel and will blame it on the customer! Do not recommend at all! Had to wipe all the mould off of the walls and windows, couches are filthy just honestly disgusting. The young staff member was nice but the manager is just rude and ignorant. Don’t even waste a cent here!

        I was there for about 6 months, Gary and his wife were lovely, we’re kind and caring very patient not tryna kick me out, and then this older guy is now taken over and is very rude tried rushing to kicking me out multiple times because of nothing I did, ended up finding somewhere else to go but had to collect my stuff another day and he said he’s moving my stuff to another room I said he’ll come pack it myself but he said no and as I turned up the next day it was still in the same room he got rid of the fridge and put all the food and dirty dishes in my bed sheets which spilled all over everything, do not recommend at all useless new owner

        Rooms and bathroom are perfectly acceptable and clean. Kitchen is a bit sparse. Service is great, owner went out of his way to help with catching a taxi all the way to Palmerston North. Bit out of the way of the city center, uber required. Price was very decent compared with other hotels/rooms.

        Well iv been there not a quiet a year,well The manger Gary n his lovely wife were awesome, but the last 2mnts have been not greatest The big owner very much wanted us out If he could get over his rudeness and be more humble!           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
