I booked this through Priceline express deals…don’t understand how this classifies as 4 star hotel. Really outdated rooms especially bathrooms. they felt like they were from the 60s. Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. Also charged me 30 reales to hold my bag for a few hours…this is the first time I’ve gotten charged for that during a hotel stay

If you select non refundable when booking you will get billed immediately, will need to pay if the have to keep your suitcase, and will not accommodate even if room is vacant you pay extra, wifi is not the best, breakfast and location is good, most staff are helpful, hot water is good

I think the renovation of this hotel just have started and stopped right at the front desk. My Room on first floor feels clean but outdated. Location is quite convenient and safe but I personally wouldn’t come stay here again until they refresh the entire place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
