        Normally I do not leave reviews but my experience at this hotel was so bad that I am inspired to write a review in hopes that it helps make the experience better for other customers. Checking in was good and the gentleman was friendly. But the room smelled like mildew and was dimly lit. I was traveling with a friend to go on a cruise and our plane got in late so I was tired and just went to sleep without inspecting the bed like I normally would. When I woke up in the morning I found that I had cuddled my face up to a pillow that was covered in period blood. I was mortified and I moved the blanket to look at the sheets there was a huge period blood stain on the sheets too. I was disgusted and cannot get this nasty image out of my mind. I went downstairs and told the employee working the counter and she took 50% off of my room but that did not make me feel any better about the situation. The associate at the counter did not seem to be sympathetic and seemed to be indignant. My friend and I were shocked that they could have missed the huge stains on the pillow and sheets. Either they did not change the sheets or they saw it and did not care because there is no way they could have missed it. Then my friend and I went to eat the breakfast we had both paid $15 each for breakfast. The food looked as if it had been sitting out for a while and completely unappealing. The dining area was a mess. Basically she ate nothing and I had a bagel. I couldn't find a trash near to throw away my bagel wrapper or the packaging from the cream cheese I used. I could see this had been a problem for other guests because there was this type of garbage spread around the counters. This was not a good experience for us and I would not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy.

        It was okay. Dont expect much. The beds are comfy, dinner was good at the bar. Bathroom was not clean. Hair in the shower, paint all over the tub, spout leaks and the handle falls off the wall. The continental breakfast was awful. Slimy eggs, coffee was full of coffee grounds and they wouldn’t even let me toast my bagel. Such a waste of money, would be better to order in McDonald’s. I wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 night

        Everyone at the Regency Hotel was great very welcoming to me and my husband after our flight had gotten cancelled until the next day so we had to stay here one night. The bar area was cute and the staff was even better they also made us some amazing drinks by the pool🍹This hotel is under some updating construction right now too. Rooms aren’t bad our room was clean and nice we loved our two beds to crash in after a long day of traveling. Their bar also serves food as well with a menu just ask the bar tender or you can go next door that is a walk across the parking lot to the Catch of the Day that is amazing. Hotel was nice and staff was great in helping their guest.

        King room has lots of empty space but no furniture except for the bead and a desk chair. Bathroom sink has mystery stopper that cannot be opened once it is closed. Bent tweezers trying to reopen it. Nobody answers the phone at the front desk and I can’t leave a message to ask for help. Bathtub faucet running continuously and cannot be shut. Really nice bartender, though - the only positive in the place.

        Located perfectly for the airport. Free airport shuttle. Fridge in room. Bathtub. Fabulous service from check in staff who let us check in earlier post cruise and we were very grateful as we were so tired. Nice seafood restaurant next door. Pool and sun loungers and 3 cabanas. Food and drink is abit pricey but that's Miami For you. Unfortunately a lift was put of service so you had to wait a longtime for the lift.
