I spent one night at this beautiful hotel. The regular guest room is new, spacious with modern decoration. The staff were friendly. My family and I felt welcomed immediately. The Gym and swimming pool are excellent. I enjoyed my stay and have no reservation to recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in hotels at Pudong area.

Nice and big room. Stayed for 7 nights. However abit too far to the nearest convenient stores and shops if you just want to grab some foods and snacks. Even though this hotel seems international, the hotel lobby hall manager is like a policeman more than a service personnel, no smile, no service, little english. Once, i was at the hotel door when he is infront of the door, he did not budge, but when i open the door to come in, he came through and cut me off.. this is the only other thing that bothers me other than the long walking distance to civilisation.

My stay at the Regent Shanghai Pudong, Amazing! The hotel & staff were very friendly and accommodating, and especially Henry, Shu, Danny and Virginia from the front desk were amazing. They were always willing to help with any queries or requests and went out of their way to make sure I had the best stay possible. Virginia in particular paid special attention to get the health code verified for Shanghai and I really appreciate all the effort they put in to making sure I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym, a spa, and a bar. The gym was well-equipped with a wide selection of exercise machines and weights, and the spa offered a variety of relaxing treatments. The gym was spacious and modern and had all the necessary equipment to get a good workout. The breakfast had a lovely selection, with a large buffet. The swimming pool and view of the Shanghai Financial Tower was beautiful. The gym facilities were also nice and modern. During my self-quarantine, I was unable to eat breakfast in the Camelia Restaurant, but the food was delivered to my room. The same held true for the Happy Hour food from the lounge, which was also delivered The room i had was really spacious and big, nicely thought out with a comfortable bed, a work desk and a couch. The staff were always willing to help with anything I needed, and they were friendly and accommodating. The wifi was good and the housekeeping staff were always prompt and efficient. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to the airport, which was really convenient. Lastly, the hotel offers laundry services, which I found really helpful when I had to stay longer than expected. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay at the Camelia Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff were amazing, the amenities were great, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

An amazing hotel. Modern, spacious, free wifi and a great view. Not sure whether i am staying 6 nights here, but they have offered 3 pieces of laundry free everynight. You can also have free mini bar. Plenty of water on offer. The swimming pool is nice. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is massive. Breakfast is buffet breakfast. Have good selections. English level is ok also.

Nice hotel with a nice gym and swimming pool. There is no bar and no real social interactions. Room was nice and spacious, but the cleaning was not done properly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
