We have just spent a lovely week at Hotel Regina Mare. Where do I start? On arrival, the hotel porters were in the village square waiting for us to help take our luggage to the hotel as it was down a lot of stairs on the cliff side. At the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of local wine and informed that we had been given a room upgrade to a junior suite with a private terrace. A big thank you. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The staff are very friendly, polite, and professional. The only issue we could find was that there were no draws for clothes and wardrobe was small. As the hotel is built on a cliff, there are a lot of stairs to climb to and from the village so it probably would not be suitable for people with mobility issues however if you like walking it is situated on the caldera path. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Our experience was awesome! Breakfast on the balcony each morning was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. Kostas ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay! He was engaged and responsive to all our needs. We booked a quad that did not work at all and he was able to get it replaced for a car within a few hours. Thank you Kostas for everything!

Excellent hospitality from Kostas, Bessy and the rest of the staff. They truly went above and beyond to maximize our comfort. Location is phenomenal, excellent views of the caldera and sunset right outside your door. Rooms are immaculate and daily breakfast served to room was delicious.

Just got home after a week at this hotel. The location is great as you don't get daytrippers walking past your all day. Room was superb and kept immaculate throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Particularly Jenny and Costas. We had a room with its own hottub. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice delivered to your room every morning. It is in a quiet part of the island which suited us. O ly ashore walk from night life. Very highly recommended 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
