        Terrible I can say. They assigned us a room near the bar, which is extremely poor soundproofing. Every night you’re disturbed by various people, even standing in your door talking, I don't understand the hotel design which in order to make money installing room in such a place without soundproofing, I believe everyone who is arranged here will suffer from this noise. The staff was very welcoming. This place are no advantages other than the location, if only for the bar to look at the the fountain, non-tenants can come here at night to drink. I’ll check Google ratings next time when I book a room. Bad luck. I even recorded it, just to remember how loud it was, because it was so horrible, you couldn't sleep at all

        Amazing hotel, amazing staff and amazing location. Breakfast was good. The lady managing breakfast is very nice and humble. Overall, it's worth staying there and having a fountain view too from the rooftop.

        Lovely hotel on the edge of the Trevi Fountain. You have a great view of the fountain from the rooftop restaurant. Downstairs in the alley there are numerous shops and restaurants on offer ,with most offering decent food and value. The staff are warm and friendly, attentive and provide great service. I would stay here again. N.B it can be noisy at night due to the high activity around the fountain so ear plugs or putting the air con on knocks the hum off when you need to rest .

        My daughters and I had a wonderful stay here. Gabriella booked all transfers and they were perfect! The front desk staff, from management to the restaurant staff to the porters was wonderful. A bit busy in this area but we expected that, the service was incredible! Our package had breakfast included and the ladies working the rooftop were so nice, and quick, and enough options for even the picky eaters in your group. We will be back on our next trip to Rome, thank you ❤️

        An amazing hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of products. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely visit again. I give 4 stars only because the room photos were slightly deceiving. It’s not as luxurious as it seems, but still it’s a great place!
