I will admit that we were originally a little taken aback at the rooms…but got used to it. The AC isn’t consistent but otherwise it was totally fine for us two girls. The location cannot be beat,..steps from Duomo and all sorts of shopping and eating. The staff was super nice as well!

While the location is marvelous and the staff are initially welcoming, this one was the hotel from hell: a front door (the only access) that, one morning, would not open due to an electrical malfunction, with no one from hotel staff on site to help (guests ultimately worked with me for 10 minutes); incredibly loud noises blasting into my room from air vents from 9 pm to 3 am; a shower that overflowed with minimal use; staff who couldn't be bothered with calling a cab the day I checked out. Other than location, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Absolutely charming! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Italy. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bedding was top-notch, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. And the best part? The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just ten steps away from the magnificent Duomo. Moreover, the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Italy. You won't be disappointed

Absolutely phenomenal location. Can't beat being half a block from the Duomo, next to a Carrefour (mini supermarket), Eataly, and so many shops. Hard to find the entrance door, a slim brown door hidden between two souvenir shops. The stairs are tight going up. Only interacted with the front desk very briefly. Not much to comment on. Room was very large and bed was huge and medium firm. Some mosquitoes. They have air conditioning but it struggles. It mostly blows humid air and didn't do a great job of cooling down the room. Shower worked great. Room has a mini refrigerator and hot water boiler and tea bags but no coffee. Internet was weak and a little slow in our room. We paid just under $200 a night which honestly was one of the lower cost options so near the Duomo. Note that you have to pay city tax in cash when you leave.

Location is nice, but rooms for the price super basic. I guess that’s Florence in a nutshell. I can also confirm that the street is super noisy until 3 am. Street cleanser and a lot of drunk tourist on their way home. Room was clean tho

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
