Terrible. They steal from you. Don’t choose this hotel. you will be robbed. The worst experience i ever had. I never thought the people in the hotel will steal from you. Mistreat. please be aware of this. Also i came with baggage , all doors were closed. You need to carry your baggage all the way upstairs. Absolutely Unfriendly.

Our stay was excellent because of the wonderful location and the wonderful hospitality by Franchesca. She not only made a great cappuccino, she put in a great amount of effort and plenty of phone calls to help me figure out how to get my passport from the mail service before my flight within the next few hours. I am so lucky I had her help and would recommend this stay for sure.

Not worth the money, IMO it's not a hotel, it's more like an Airbnb room , I know I was given a cave instead of the room I paid for.

I loved this small hotel near the Pantheon and feel lucky that I found it. I prefer to stay in this area as it is so close to so many attractions, full of shops & restaurants, but doesn't feel hectic since it is mainly a walking area. The staff here is amazing with Francesco providing answers and good recommendations for everything, and Elena taking great care of us at breakfast and other times with genuine care. I cannot say enough nice things about them, and they really made our stay special. The reinforced glass windows keep out street noise although our apartment was over the restaurant and some noise could be heard until midnight, but it was never loud and didn't really bother us. The bed was comfortable, and the view of the piazza was fantastic. We always felt very secure here and loved this very large apartment. We can't wait to return.

Amazing stay! Relais Maddalena is in the most central location, so any of the main sights are within walking distance. I loved that it's situated on a bustling square with restaurants and bars. It's quiet and peaceful with the window closed but if you want to open up, you can soak in the atmosphere from your room. The rooms were very clean and Francesco was extremely welcoming and friendly. Thanks a lot and hope to see you again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
