Booked twin room with balcony. Arrived later than hoped so unable to enjoy balcony, tho was decent size. Room bit cramped, a 3/4 bed plus a small, low single. Decent sized bathroom. Nice facilities, good air con. Very clean. Good breakfast on lovely terrace. Nice staff, very helpful. A 15-20 min walk from Termini. Quiet street and only a 5 min walk from one of Rome's oldest gates with a, great outdoor vintage market.

Roxanne was so helpful and kind! She made our stay exceptional. The hotel was clean and in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and Roxanne recommended many things to do and helped us understand public transportation. This was a great experience!

A little gem! Nice location close to Manzoni metro (be careful they have stolen our wallet) so you can easily move around. Very well decorated room with satelite tv. Very clean. Breakfast is simple. Very very friendly and professional reception. Definitely recommended

This hotel is quite conveniently located close to resturants,train station,grocery store, and a 20 minute walk to the colosseum .Our room was on the main floor, with a walk out to a deck. we were the first to enjoy the new room.My son and his girlfriend had the room besides us so we can chill on the deck. Pilar one of the staff members went out of her way on more than one occasion to help us even though she was not working, very kind courteous and friendly she is amazing and outstanding. Daniel was always there to help out with the breakfast.

My fiance and I stayed here the first week of December 2019, when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist, he checked us in quickly and showed us to our room which was on the piano terrace. The room itself was small but it had everything required, the bed was on the hard side and the radiators had to be manually turned off and Very limited storage space. The bath room was clean and the shower was small but worked perfectly, the hotel supplies you with a toothbrush and paste, shower cap and shampoo. The breakfast was nice, plenty of meats, pastries, breads, juice and are offered a choice of a 'tea, coffee or Cappuccino'. The staff where helpful and friendly and willing to help when possible, one guy gave us a card for a local restaurant and we received a little discount on our meal. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the Coliseum and an hours walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The hotel is located around the corner from Manzoni subway station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would reccomended as a nice base for a trip to Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
